KBC has been quick out of the blocks this year with the announcement that it is offering €100 cold hard cash to students who open an account.
€100 cash for free
If you’re aged 17 or over and are registered with a third-level Irish institution for a course that requires more than 21 hours a week, you can get your hands on €100 cash by opening a current account with KBC before October 31st.
Once you open your account, €10 will be transferred to you straight away. Following that, if you activate your account and make 10 debit card transaction before December 31st, the remaining €90 will be awarded to you in January.
Sign-up incentives are nice but it’s always important to look at every feature of an account when considering which one is right for you.
