The new streaming service includes a mountain of entertainment and is available for free for customers of Sky who pay for Sky Cinema.
Paramount+, the new streaming service from Paramount Global, has landed in Ireland, with a mountain of great entertainment for Irish consumers to enjoy.
Paramount+ features content from Paramount-owned networks such as Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon and Showtime and will be home to some of the most recognisable film and TV series in the world such as Scream, South Park, and Transformers.
It's now available to stream online at www.paramountplus.com/ie/ and on mobile and tablet via the iOS App or Android App. It's also available on the usual TV viewing platforms such as Apple TV, Chromecast and the Sky Q box.
Paramount+ comes with a seven-day free trial, after which a standalone subscription will set you back €7.99 a month.
However customers of Sky in Ireland can get their hands on the new platform for free!

Get Paramount+ for free with Sky
If you’re currently paying for Sky Cinema on Sky platforms, you can enjoy the brand new streaming service with your existing subscription at no extra cost.
Sky Cinema customers can access Paramount+ via the standalone app integrated within your Sky Q box, or through Sky Glass when it launches here later in 2022.
However, Sky customers without Sky Cinema can still access the Paramount+ app on a Sky platform by logging in with an existing Paramount+ username and password.
So if this is you, you can now stream hits from the Star Trek universe, critically acclaimed series like Yellowstone with Kevin Costner, and family favourites including SpongeBob SquarePants.
But this begs the question, what else can you watch with Paramount+?
What’s available on Paramount+?
As well as some of the renowned shows mentioned above, viewers can watch some of the most highly anticipated Paramount+ and SHOWTIME Original series.
These include the eagerly awaited HALO, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, and The First Lady starring Viola Davis, Michelle Pfeiffer and Gillian Anderson.
Sure to pique the interest of those who love a good classic, subscribers will also be able to watch Paramount classics like Grease, Sexy Beast, and Scream, to name a few!
Meanwhile, there’s plenty available to keep the kids entertained too with the loveable SpongeBob SquarePants, Rugrats, and Clifford the Big Red Dog Movie all available to stream.
