The Round Room at the Mansion House was once again the location where Ireland’s biggest and brightest service providers gathered to duel it out at the third annual bonkers.ie National Consumer Awards.
It was a night of fun and festivities as the well-heeled members of the nation's biggest service providers gathered in the Round Room of Dublin’s Mansion House, all waiting to see who would take home the gold and black statues.
It was already a busy night before any of the awards were even handed out, with music, a drinks reception and face-to-face magic with world-famous mentalist Keith Barry kicking things off.
The evening was presided over by RTE’s Claire Byrne who took up the mantle taken up by Joe Duffy for the previous two years.
When things kicked off we first heard from bonkers.ie CEO and founder David Kerr who had an opportunity to let everyone know what we have been up to for the past 12 months and what the upcoming year would bring.
Keith Barry also took to the main stage during the evening, and had us all clucking like chickens, checking our wallets and just being generally suspicious.
Ultimately though we were there for one thing only - to find out who had won this year's bonkers.ie National Consumer Awards.

Our chosen charity
Peter McVerry Trust was our chosen charity for the third year running. We have huge admiration for their incredible work in providing support to Ireland’s homeless population.
Unfortunately now, more so than ever, the Peter McVerry trust is needed in all its capacity to help curb the ever growing problem of homelessness in Ireland.
We want to thank everyone who made a donation on the evening and those of you who continue to do so. If you want to donate now you can do so here.
Thank you
On behalf of the entire bonkers.ie team, I would like to thank each and every person who attended the awards ceremony for making it such a special occasion.
We would also like to thank our partners for supporting the awards in such great numbers this year.
These awards, which have grown in size and stature each year, are so important because they help consumers make better informed decisions by showcasing the companies that provide excellent value to customers and go the extra mile.
We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
