With the cost of living still a pressing concern for many households, we took a look at some top deals across fashion, beauty, mobile and more which could save you some money.

1. Arnotts

One of the country’s favourite department stores is currently running its “Big Home Event” which is offering up to 50% off bedroom, bathroom, dining, and kitchenware.

It's also offering up to 30% off electrical appliances. So if you’ve been debating whether to invest in an air fryer, maybe now’s the time! (We have a Ninja in our office and all love it).

2. 48

Sim-only deals are a great way to cut down on your mobile costs, especially if you’re out of contract and don’t need a new phone just yet.

48 is currently offering all calls, texts and data for just €6.50 a month for the first three months and then €12.99 after that.

It’s all on a rolling, monthly contract meaning you can cancel anytime if you wish.

3. Brown Thomas

With the start of the festive season around the corner, you’ll want to be looking your best.

Brown Thomas is currently giving away a Beauty Box worth over €151 when you spend €220 on beauty products online or in-store.

It’s also running its regular Clinique promotion where you get a free Clinque gift if you buy two Clinique items.

4. Three

Three is currently offering three months of 5G mobile broadband for free. After that it’s just €39.99 a month on a 24-month contract.

There are no activation fees or charges for the router, which is also yours to keep at the end of your contract.

Mobile broadband is a cheaper alternative to fixed-line broadband and is great if you live in a small household or are in an area that doesn’t have access to pure fibre broadband. It also allows you to plug in and out your broadband and take it with you!

You can sign up to this deal on bonkers.ie right now.

5. Electric Ireland

If you’re an Electric Ireland customer and shop in SuperValu you can easily get €30 off your bills each year.

Simply join Electric Ireland Rewards (all you will need is your account number, found at the top of your bill). Then link a SuperValu Real Rewards card and download the Real Reward app.

Then shop in SuperValu and receive a free €5 voucher off your Electric Ireland bill every two months. Your €5 voucher will be issued to your Real Rewards app through a 9-digit code.

Enter your 9-digit code on the Electric Ireland Rewards site, and your discount will then be applied to your bills.

It's only a small amount but "every little helps" as they say!

6. NOW

NOW, the streaming service from Sky, is currently offering access to both its Entertainment and Sky Cinema memberships for just €11.99 a month for six months. There’s no sign-up fee and you can cancel at any time. After the six months, the price reverts to €11.99 a month for each membership.

The NOW entertainment membership offers access to 17 live TV channels including the much coveted Sky Atlantic as well as a host of world-famous TV shows on-demand such as Succession, The Last of Us, The White Lotus, House of the Dragon and much more.

The Cinema membership offers access to over 1,000 major movies.

See here for an in-depth guide on how NOW compares to all the other streaming services.

7. Vodafone

Vodafone is currently offering new customers the 128GB iPhone 14 for free on its €60 a month plan, which offers unlimited calls, texts and 5G data.

But if you're an existing customer or want the latest iPhone 15 or a Galaxy device, Vodafone is also discounting many of its other phones on billpay by €100 or more.

8. Elvery’s

If Ireland’s recent success in the Rugby World Cup has got you in the sporting mood, head online or in-store to Elvery's, which is offering up to 50% off selected items in its end-of-season sale.

9. Xbox Game Pass

If you have a child or teenager at home who's big into gaming, you'll know how ridiculously expensive buying a new game can be.

If you're constantly being pressured into shelling out €60 or €70 every few months for a new game, consider signing up to an Xbox Game Pass from just €6.99 a month.

The pass provides access to over 100 high-quality games on console, PC, phones and tablets for one low monthly price. With games added all the time, there’s always something new to play.

Think of it like the Netflix for gaming.

10. Bin collection

If you're looking to switch bin provider, both Panda and Greyhound are offering one month's free collection to new customers.

11. Early-bird ice-skating tickets

As winter approaches buckling up your skating boots and taking to the ice-rink is either an annual tradition you look forward to or something you actively avoid!

If you're one of the former, you might be interested to know that early-bird tickets for ice-skating in Dublin and Cork, offering savings of up to 40%, are now available through iceskating.ie
